The project area is approximately 4 acres. Fence boundaries, staging areas and delivery truck routes are included on the ECH Staging Map. A map detailing Emergency Vehicle Access to Bingham and Broome Halls is also available.
Since the building will be situated on existing parking lots and parking spaces will be lost, an analysis has been done and recommendations have been made to address parking concerns. Read the Campus Parking Assessment for more information. One of the recommendations from the Assessment that will take effect March 10th is the that spaces in the following parking lots will be available for union employee parking without the need for a hangtag. This is to replace the open spaces lost to the ECH project. No hangtag will be required in Lot E1 – East Gym, Lot Y2 – Mountainview Appalachian Collegiate Center, and Lot Y3 – Marcy Hall. All other parking restrictions remain in effect. The lots can be seen on this map.
