√ Educational displays on environmental issues
√ A talk on backyard composting
√ Light bulb exchange! This will take place in the residential communities. Students may turn old light bulbs in to residential life staff and receive an compact fluorescent (CFL), energy efficient bulb in exchange.
√ Sneaker/running shoe recycling- old shoes can be dropped off. They should contain no metal (in the lacing system). They are ground down and used/recycled for other purposes.
√ Freecycle table- lost/found items available for reuse
√ Jewelry making with natural materials
√ Hybrid vehicle and other "green product" displays
√ Sodexo will offer food using edible/zero waste plates
